New information has come to light regarding the shocking deaths of esteemed filmmaker Rob Reiner and visual artist Michele Singer Reiner, whose remains were located at their residence home on Sunday.

A Discovery

As detailed in an account citing a confidential source, a therapist arriving for an appointment initially became concerned after being unable to gain access the house. This individual then reached out to the couple's daughter, Romy Reiner, who lives close by.

Upon entering the residence, Romy found her father's body. Reports state she then left the home distraught, without knowing at that moment that her mother's body was also inside. Her roommate who had gone with her contacted 911. Following this, emergency responders located Michele Singer Reiner's body.

Legal Charges

Authorities have formally accused the couple's 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, with the charges of premeditated murder, along with the use of a dangerous weapon, said to be a knife. He is currently being held and denied bail.

The confidential informant challenged several initial details. The source indicated that while Romy Reiner informed emergency responders that her brother Nick resided in a detached unit on the estate, she did not identify him as a suspect at that time.
